Booking a campsite during our Music Festivals requires additional fee for the music (applies to all campers).
2024 Rates include:
2 Adults and their Dependent Children under the age of 18, or 4 Adults.
One Tent per Base Tent Site, additional tent $7.00 per night.
Book 3 or more Sites for the same week/weekend and receive 10% off all sites.

Primitive Cabin

2 Night Minimum Stay. We have 1 Two-Room Cabin that sleeps up to 6 and 4 One-Room Cabins that sleep up to 4. Electric, AC/Heat, Mini Fridge, Cable TV.
Linens & pillows are not provided.
Deluxe Cabin
(No Smoking, No Pets)
2 Night Minimum Stay. Studio Cabin, Sleeps up to 4, Full bathroom, Electric, AC/Heat, Mini Fridge, Cable TV.
Linens & pillows are not provided.
Non-Holidays, Pay for 6 days, get 7th day free.
Weekends, minimum 2 nights with one night deposit.
Holidays, minimum three nights, one unit per site with two nights deposit.
Gas Saver Weekends: Book back-to-back weekends, leave your trailer on site, save gas and 10% when booking for second weekend.
(+$10.00 if trailer is plugged into electric.)

| Pavilion Rental | $50.00 per day plus $3.00 per guest fee. |
| Golf Cart Rental | $59.00 per day, 2 day minimum. |
Deposits:
A one night deposit is due at the time of making the reservation. Payment in Full is required 7 days prior to arrival for all Holiday, Music Festivals, and Halloween weekends.
Deposits are not transferable, unless to a new reservation.
Campsite & Cabin Cancellation Policy:
• 30 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund less $10.00 handling fee. Or credit toward a new reservation.
• 29 to 14 days prior to arrival: One time credit to be used in same calendar year.
No refund.
• 13 days or less prior to arrival: No Refund, No Credit.

Alcoholic beverages permitted at site only!
Pets must be on a leash and cleaned up after.
NO Pets in rental units.
Pet Friendly. Pets are permitted on sites, but not in rental units. All pets MUST be leashed at ALL times.
Rates subject to change without notice, existing reservations will be adjusted according to rate changes for next camping season.
Refunds:
We can not be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules, early departure, or other situations; therefore, our cancellation policy is enforced regardless of circumstance.
